“Who” refers to people; “that” and “which” refer to things
“Who” introduces both restrictive or nonrestrictive clauses
Incorrect:
- BARTClient is for travel agents that want to make airline, train, and ferry reservations.
Correct:
- Restrictive: BARTClient is for book sellers who want to order and sell current and out-of-print books.
- Nonrestrictive: Book sellers, who want to order and sell current and out-of-print books, must use BARTClient.
