No commas between independent clause and dependent, restrictive clause

No commas before modified infinitive phrases
- Sie bat mich, ihr das Gepäck am nächsten Tag ins Hotel zu bringen.She asked me to bring her luggage to the Hotel the next day.
Commas after nonrestrictive transitional words

Decimal places use periods
