Write a separate procedure for duplicate steps

Correct:

Selecting an object:

1. Click the Objects menu.

The Objects menu appears.

2. Click Select.

The Select submenu appears.

3. Click Add to select one object.

This command adds the object to the selected set.

4. Click the object you want to copy to select it.

The object is highlighted.
